Born on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, Kahea is the youngest of 8 children, with 5 sisters and 2 brothers. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at BYU. His undergrad experience blessed him with great friends, mentors, opportunities, and research which fueled a desire to work with young minds more upstream.
